About This Item
This beautifully illustrated book is by award-winning Kate Seredy, a Hungarian-born writer and illustrator of numerous children's books. The story follows the lives and adventures of a young Hungarian boy, his family and his female cousin who comes to live with them on their farm.
The binding has some rubbing and light soiling but is in very good shape. Hinges are tight and pages are bright and clean. There are black and white illustrations throughout. The dust jacket has some chips and small cracks to edges and is slightly rubbed and soiled but fully in tact. There is a child's bookplate on the FFEP.
All proceeds benefit The Friends of the San Anselmo Library. No expedited shipping outside of the United States.
