Eight hundred and fifty copies have been printed on rag paper and specially bound. Each copy is signed by the three authors. This is Number 568. [signed] Bob Holland, Dan Holland, Ray P. Holland. Gilt lettering on black cloth covered spine & blue blindstamped cloth covered boards in a tan dust jacket. Attractive "Aberombie & Fitch Co. label on the inside of the front cover. Interesting gift inscription on the first free end paper. Dust jacket faded, edge chipped & tape repaired at the top end of the DJ spine.
