Brown boards with red leather spine and gilt design. No dust jacket. Cover has considerable shelfwear, all edges rubbed - corners heavily rubbed, overall darkened, damp stain at top margin. Front hinge is split but not loose. Pages are clean and unmarked, slightly toned. Occasional foxing - heavier on first and last few pages. Back free endpaper half gone. Binding is tight. Good reading copy.
