Review copy. 387 pages with full page illustrations and 3 fold out plates . a Very Good copy of this book in a Good but heavily repaired dustjacket. pictures available. The jacket is 95% complete but does have some invisible tape repair on reverse of folds. minor loss to the bottom of the jacket spine. bookplate of previous owner. Pictures available.
