New York: Pantheon Books, 1991. First US Edition/First Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. Signed by author.. First American Edition stated. Signed by author in 1993 to title page. In black boards and spine cloth with copper foil to type. Sharp corners, clean interior and tight binding. Jacket is unclipped and in very nice shape, just some fading to type on spine.
