About This Item
The Summary Press, 1916. 8.375" X 6.625" in orange cloth with black lettering. Soiled spot lower right, back cover; minor soil elsewhere; backstrip seems slightly faded, but is still quite legible. Bookplate of former owner inside front cover. Clean, tight, unmarked - but cocked slightly forward: VERY GOOD condition. 143 numbered pages, but approx. half the book is made up of photos on unnumbered pages. [BD065] Contains excerpts of board-of-managers reports and an abstract of laws relating to the institution, but the most interesting part is the latter half of the book - photos of the inmates at work in the institution and some of the items they were taught to make, such as leather bound books, furniture, and shoes. NIFTY!. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket.
