About This Item
New York: Castle, 1965. Hardcover with dust jacket, undated later printing, 156 pages, plus black-and-white illustrations; hardly a trace of shelf wear other than gentle bumps to spine ends, very gently used, tight in binding, free front endpaper neatly removed, very clean and unmarked other than a tiny pale faded drop stain to the bottom edge without page penetration, pages fresh and white; DJ heavily rubbed, creased and chipped along hinges and edges, now in new mylar protector. PLEASE NOTE: the Stock Image provided by next to my listing is of another copy of this book, NOT my copy, and obviously my copy includes the DJ as described. See also our listings for Malleus Maleficarum ("'For any understanding of the history and nature of witchcraft and Satanism, Malleus Maleficarum is the most important source. The original source."), and for the very scarce Witchcraft and Hysteria in Elizabethan London: Edward Jorden and the Mary Glover Case. . Hard Cover. Very Good ++/Good.
