Odense, Denmark: Flensted, 1964. Clean, bright, crisp and tight. Appears unread. Dark blue boards with a white line along the edge, white lettering on the spine and a white flower on the front. Light blue tint to the tiptops of the pages. The dust jacket has very little shelfwear and is in new mylar. Tan background with red and blue lettering and a portrait of the author on the front and a map on the back. The slipcase is red and blue wiht white lettering and the same portrait of the author on one side. Very little shelfwear. Special Edition published in Andersen's home town by permission of Charles Scribner's Soms.. Hardcover. Near Fine/Near Fine (Slip Case). Illus. by Vilhelm Pedersen . 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
