Reader reviews for Harmonee

From the publisher

Liliane Porter's idyllic life in the small hamlet of Harmonee is shattered when Ben Channing shows up after eighteen years. Her relationship with her son, Dylan, isn't the only one threatened by Lili's and Ben's past. Sam Barnes has waited twelve years for Lili to fully commit to him. Will Ben's return aid or abet Sam and Lili's future? When a greedy business man's obsession with her land puts Lili and her family in danger, she and Sam must turn to Ben for help. Together, they solve the mystery of the old mine and come to terms with their pasts in a way that enriches Lili's entire family.

About the author

Welcome Readers! I was eleven years old when I wrote my first little story. It was about a fish that was separated from its family. Who knows, it might have been the precursor to FINDING NEMO! Since then, between raising three children, attending college at night and working full time, I managed to write several short stories. When I finished earning my MA in Counseling Psychology, I set to writing my first full-length novel. It is entitled BOILING POINT and will be published in the near future. Three other novels followed, REBEL HEARTS being the first to get published. Having resurrected my love of baseball, the New York Yankees, in particular, I am now working on a fifth novel called TRIPLE PLAY. Over time, and with much support from writers and friends, I'm honing my craft. But most importantly, I have become comfortable with my style of writing. Nora Roberts I'm not, but my love for writing and creating stories and characters who portray the same human emotions as the rest of us is very satisfying and fun. Yes, mostly fun. I would really appreciate any feedback you wish to contribute. I am always learning and striving to write the best I can. Thanks for your interest in my work!
