New York: Knopf, 1959. First edition. Red cloth, gilt lettering, black topstain in dust jacket; 8vo. 62 pp. The 1960 Pulitzer Prize-winning volume. The poet's first book, and one which introduced "confessional poetry" to the general reading public. Ink name and old pencil note partially erased, else near fine copy in a very good jacket lightly spine-faded, worn and stained.
