About This Item

London: The Reprint Society, 1956. Cloth. Fine/Very Good Indeed. 7.5" by 5". None. A fine copy of this second world war novel by Storm Jameson. Found in the unclipped dust wrapper. A lovely copy of this novel by Storm Jameson, a twentieth century writer from Leeds. Found in the unclipped dust wrapper. Through the story of a family in France, the Hidden River explores the deep fissures in French society following the second world war. In the publisher's original yellow cloth binding, in the unclipped dust wrapper. Externally lovely. With a little scuffing of the wrap to the front and rear board from stickers. Internally, firmly bound, with bright and clean pages throughout. Fine
