New York: A. L. Burt Company, 1925. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition Thus.. Publisher's red cloth with stamped front board and spine. Boards with light edge wear and lightly rubbed corners. Small tear in cloth (1/2") at front spine edge. Lower edge of spine toned. Spine head with tears in cloth and significant rubbing. Spine heel bumped with horizontal (1/2") tear in cloth. Very slight spine lean. Binding tight. Previous owner's signature on front endpaper. Otherwise, interior clean and unmarked. DJ not price clipped. DJ toned with edge wear and minor chipping. DJ with small amount of loss along top edge. DJ with large section missing at lower left hand corner of front cover and spine heel. Chipping at DJ spine head. Photographs available upon request. Size: 8vo - 7¾" - 9¾.
