This volume looks primarily at India.Illustrated with a folding map to the frontispiece.Half-title is present.By the Scottish geographer Hugh Murray. Bookplate of George Tyrrell to the front paste down. Collated, complete. In a half morocco binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart, a little rubbed, heavier to the leather. Minor bumping to the extremities. Spine is a little faded. Hinges are starting a little but remain firm. Bookplate to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with scattered spots to the first and last few pages. Small closed tear to the folding map. Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
