Pictorial heavy laminate boards and spine with white and gold lettering on spine and front board withe wraparound scenic picture. 381 pp Folio. The first section of the book is General History and it is to examine the histories of whole communities and general trends; expulsion of the Indians, farming, ranching, homemaking, oil industry, centralization of public services. This covers from settlement up to WWII which includes Legends and Stories. The 3dr and 4th sections , Family and Business History, are collections of local histories from hundreds of points of view. A clean very presentable copy.
