Very good copy in later antique style full leather, retaining original spine labels. Howes R-34. Sabin 67686. Streeter Sale 1139. A standard work by the prolific historian and native son. The better part of the book is devoted to the southern campaigns of the Revolution, and to biographies of prominent early Carolinians.
