Ex-library copy, with expected inserts and inscriptions. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Previous owner's inscription to title page and rear free endpaper. Water staining to pages throughout. Thumb-marking present. Light brown staining to pages throughout. Noticeable creasing to gutter. Cracking to hinges and gutters, leaving netting exposed. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Notable loss to spine. Large splits to spine. Some scuffing to boards. Tearing to edges. Noticeable peeling leather to spine and corners.
