'The Holy War' is a novel about the fictitious town 'Mansoul', a perfect town, which sees its inhabitants rebelling and trying to overthrow their ruler. Written by John Bunyan, who is best known for 'The Pilgrim's Progress'.Prior owner's ink inscription to the front pastedown. Rebound in a cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with some rubbing and marks to the boards and spine. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Hinges are a little strained but remain firm.
