Greene explored the role that political and social struggles have within society. Greene uses conflict as a metaphor. Conflict becomes something that dictates everyday from relationships to actions. Synopsis

Graham Greene was born in 1904. He worked as a journalist and critic, and was later employed by the Foreign Office. He died in April 1991.
