This work is more truth than fiction as it plays around the fight between farmer and rancher in the Old West. Ashel Backus was ambitious to break out of poverty as he worked for local ranchers was a honyocker to them for being a homesteader plowing up the rangeland. Caught in the middle took lots of courage and resourcefulness as the few feud between rancher and farmer came to a violent climax as he fought to save his family. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
