An omnibus volume which includes: The Commodore, originally published in 1945. But he still yearns to serve at sea. Lord Hornblower, originally published in 1946. Hornblower, a Knight of the Bath, is tasked with suppressing a mutiny on board a Royal Navy ship. Written by Cecil Louis Troughton Smith, an English novelist known for his naval warfare novels set during the Napoleonic Wars under the pen-name of Cecil Scott Forester. In the original full cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities and fading to the head and tail of the spine.
