Philadelphia: s.n., 1883. Paperback. Fair. [32] p.: illustrations; 19 cm. Sewn. Lacking wrapper? No publication information; probably published in Philadelphia. Contains calendar for 1884 with recipes, medical advice, and other useful information for the housekeeper. The recipes include chestnut sauce for roast turkey; Westphalia loaves; mock turtle soup; coffee jelly; cauliflower salad; flax seed lemonade; ginger pop; and chicken cheese. In Fair Condition: first leaf is detached with loss at 2 corners, but no loss of text; closed 1-cm. tear from gutter throughout; corners are creased throughout; first page and last are lightly soiled.
