San Francisco: Book Club of California, 1993. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good. Two folio volumes bound in matching decorative paper-covered boards backed with beige linen; paper spine labels. First volume printed at the Grabhorn Press in an edition of 400 copies, the second printed by Mastercraft Press and bound by Cardoza James in an edition of 500 copies. Both volumes internally fine, but with some light foxing and/or toning to the covers and top edges. First volume has the bookplate and signature of Huntington Williams, MD of Baltimore on the front endpapers; second volume has the original prospectus laid in. Due to size, additional shipping charges will apply for priority or international orders.
