San Francisco: James H Barry, 1923. Uncommon first edition bound in quarter tan buckram over printed textured paper covered boards. Rubbing to the binding which remains sound. Hollywood gift inscription to the front pastedown by 'H H Dunn'; title page by the American painter Remington Schyler, a little stained. Clean text with just a few light brown spots.
