Longmans and Co, 1901 Folio (39 cm), [3] ff, 15 plates in color and 15 leaves of text with descriptions. Housed in the publisher's cloth-backed folder (folder rubbed, ties missing, the first two leaves are sunned at the center). This collection comprises beautifully printed facsimiles, intended to be reproduced in their original color, from illuminated manuscripts in the British Museum. The first series was published in 1899, followed by the second series in 1900.
