Bookplate from Theodore and Sue Lewis inside front flap. Bumping to spine head and foot. Rough-cut fore-edges, light dust soiling along top. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, heavily worn, chipped along top edge, front panel detached but present, behind a plastic coat. xlvi, 1-495 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
