About This Item
New York: Collins & Brother, 1847. Hardcover. Poor. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 288pp. Rear cover is detached but present. Rear endpaper is also detached but laid in. Covers (leather) are much worn and scuffed, spine is worn off (the front cover is hanging on by a thread). Former owner's name is stamped on first page after ffep along with a witty little inscription in pencil (because he got the stamp crooked). Another former owner's name is on the next page. Text block is fairly secure, somewhat browned. It is what it is.
