Ernest Benn, London., 1923. First edition. Quarto. pp xii, 261. 49 plates, six in colour, all of which have captioned tissue guards. Pink-grey cloth with bevelled edges.Free endpapers lightly tanned. Near fine in the scarce dustwrapper which is very good, slightly marked and rubbed, darkened at the spine and with several nicks and a 6 cm closed tear which have been repaired on the reverse.
