London: Elek Books, 1966.. First edition. 4to. 208 pp. Publisher's oatmeal cloth, brown lettered to the spine and upper cover, dust jacket, inscribed by the author on the front free endpaper and further annotated by him on the title page. Illustrated throughout, including some colour photographs. Wear to the edges of the jacket with small losses to the upper edge adjacent to the spine and a larger loss to the goot of the lower panel, else a decent copy.
