Dillon in blue ink on top of the first free page, comprehensive and detailed look at the Government career and travels of J. Ross Browne, 218 pages including index, some full page black and white illustrations. Book is Fine, No previous owner bookplate or writing, tight and square with sharp points, very clean light brown publishers' cloth with brown/gilt title block on spine, Jacket is at least Very Good Plus, price clipped, light corner wear also at head and heel of spine. Looks sharp in a new mylar sleeve. Very clean and most presentable Signed First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
