Good. There is some very mild water damage to the bottom right corners of the pages. There is mild highlighting and faint spots from use throughout. There is a website penned in at the top of the title page and the previous owners name written on the inside of the back and front cover. The page edges have mild wear and faint marks from use. The cover has lite creasing and shelf/edge wear. There is an approximately 3 inch tear to the front cover that has been neatly taped.
