London: Hamish Hamilton, 1989. First Edition, First Printing . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The inteiror of the book is crisp and clean, with no marks or wear. The blue covers are fresh, with just a bit of wear at tips and corners. The gilt lettering is still bright. The dust jacket is not price-clipped, and is also in excellent condition, with very minor edgewear, but no chips, tears or damage. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover and looks very attractive. Synopsis: "Jim Hedgehog spends most of his spare time in front of the TV -- eating. He eats anything he can lay his hands on, just as long as he doesn't have to move too far to get it.! So when Christmas comes around again and his favourite film, The Revolting Blob, is repeated, Jim sets himself in plenty of time, a tray of food on hand for emergencies. But little by little Jim is being drawn into the TV, until finally he is sucked inside by the Blob, who slips out and makes himslef comfortable in Jim's house. Jim does eventually manage to escape, but not without immense effort.. a humorous and exciting new story".
