First Edition, John Ball, Member of the Wyeth Expedition to the Pacifc Northwest, 1832; and Pioneer in the Old Northwest, complied by his daughters, 231 pages with excellent black and white vintage photographs, world travel in the era of the Clipper Ships and Covered Wagons. Book is very Fine, very clean green cloth with bright gilt titles to front board and spine, book really is exceptional, bright, tight and square with sharp points, No previous owner bookplate or writing, Jacket is Very Good, front flap excised, photogrpah of Ball with two children on front panel, light rubbing but solid and protected in a new mylar sleeve. A very clean and mosrt presentable First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
