Contains colour illustrated frontispiece, with black and white illustrations throughout. Some illustrations have been coloured in. Pages are mildly tanned, heavier to edges with moderate foxing, but text remains clear. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Noticeable marking to some pages throughout; text is not obscured. Boards have light shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and minimal scuffing to edges. Noticeable crushing and slight splitting to spine ends. Noticeable dark marks to board edges and spine ends. Noticeable marks overall. Book has a slight forward lean.
