Includes danger from typhoid urine, a Roentgen ray apparatus; hospital corps in the National Guard; artillery wounds in Manchuria; Russian army kitchen carts; observations in the Philippines; accients to divers; the Grayson-Graeme mosquito net/hammock; Japanese small caliber bullet wounds; Beri-Beri or alcoholic neuritis; plus much more. Black cloth is clean and little worn, spine gilt the same, small spine label, interior has a presentation book plate to the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the U.S., The Commandery of the State of Illinois dated 1907, title page has a small note indicating same, otherwise clean, crisp and unmarked. Heavy.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall .
