First edition. Inscribed by the author to the half title, and signed again on the title page. With numerous photographs taken by the author, and illustrations by Katharina Dombrowski throughout. In a decorative cloth binding. Externally, smart. Some light rubbing and sunning to the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are quite bright and generally clean, with just some slight marginal age-toning. Very Good Indeed

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
