New York: Harper's Weekly, 1869. Original wood engraving by Winslow Homer. Image: 9 x 13 11/16 inches; Sheet: 11 3/16 x 16 inches. This first (only) impression was printed in Harper's Weekly, February 20, 1869. Both the woodblock and the electrotype plate were destroyed after the engraving was printed. This is a very good impression in very good condition. Now archivally matted and ready for a standard 16" by 20" frame. . First Edition. Single Sheet. Collectible-Very Good. Illus. by Winslow Homer. 9" X 13 11/16". Fine Art Print.
