Paper Garden Books is a family owned & managed online used bookstore created in 2017 by Doris & Steve Smith so that their only son, Jacob, could be gainfully and purposely employed. Jacob is severely impacted by autistic behavior, expressive & receptive speech delay, anxiety, sensory processing disorder & immune dysregulation since age 3. While Jacob has gotten older & taller, his love of all kinds of books has never changed. Books allow Jacob to explore his world without leaving the safety of his home. Terms of Sale: Contact information from the order form is used to ship orders to customers. The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing books; however, neither Paper Garden Books warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. REFUNDS: Biblio requires that a full refund, including original postage charges, be issued to the customer under the following circumstances: a. The order is canceled as unavailable to ship. b. The order is canceled as lost in transit/never arrived. c. An incorrect item was shipped, an item was incorrectly described, or an item arrived in lesser condition that described as the time of purchase. Returns which do not result from seller error in description, packaging or shipping will be equal to the book price, assuming the item is returned to the seller in the same condition as sent.
