Dark green and gilt pictorial cloth. 12 b/w plates plus portrait of Henty and a plan. 392 pages plus 32 pages catalogue. Spine and corners bumped and slightly worn, small nicks to top and tail of spine. Some erased pencil doodles to front pastedown. Name and date in ink to half-title. Hinges cracked and some fingermarks to page margins. Endpapers browned.
