About This Item
Worcester, MA, Circa 1920. Very Good+. 8.5 x 16 cm. Trade card blotter printed in black on white stock on recto. Incudes a photographic reproduction of the parlor, showing four women seated, another woman at the cash register, and a man, standing. Presuming the ladies-only parlor was set up to guarantee the propriety of the experience for women, it is not immediately clear why the shoe shiner is male. Minor wear to edges.
