Vancouver, BC: Heavenly Monkey, 2003. Soft cover. Near Fine. Tall 8vo. Sewn into blue wraps of paper made by Reg Lissel at the Heavenly Monkey Press studio. The text paper is Lana Antique. Reproducing Dair's letter using polymer plates on dampened hand-made paper from the Amatruda mill in Amalfi. Edition limited to 75 copies, this one out of series and marked "Press Copy." Inscribed by Robert R. Reid to Canadian graphic artist Keith Branscombe.
