The manuscript letter is in the Mitchell Library, Sydney. 'Unsigned and incomplete, half in verse and half in prose, covering four closely written pages…', it is a nice thumbnail sketch of early British trading presence in the South Pacific. Signed and numbered by the printer, Walter W. Stone, in the colophon; one of 250 copies. Vg, blue cloth; spine faded, ex-University of Melbourne Library with bookplate & modest stamp. Stock#39292.
