Blindstamped brown cloth, titled in gilt on spine; pale yellow endpapers; [i]-viii [9]-156pp; frontispiece and wood engraving, p.14. Binder's ticket of H. Kitfield, Boston. Contemporary ownership inscription of Susan A. Adams, Cavendish, VT. Sound but rubbed, chipped at spine ends, and foxed: Good or better.
