Washington, D.C.: G.P.O., 1907. 1st Edition . Cloth. Good/Issued Without Jacket. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Thick quarto, 374 pp., footnotes. Ltd. to 2,000 copies. Deckle paper fore-edge. Tan cloth bound hard cover book in good cond. shows a water stain along the length of the rear hinge from top to bottom that spread partially to the back cover & the spine. There is no sign of this stain on the inside. The binding is solid & the text clean. Not ex-lib.
