London:Sherwood, Neeley, and Jones. 1821. 1st edition, 2nd issue (with footnote to page 9, with 1st page of music unnumbered and good-bies on first line on page 376.) xvi+376pp. Illustrated with 36 colored plates, designed and etched by I.R. and George Cruikshank, with original woodcuts by the same artists, and 3 folding sheets of music. Hardcover. Rebound, with new end-pages, in quarter leather with marbled boards with 5 raised bands and title and decorations in gilt to spine. Leather is rubbed and scuffed, with marble boards rubbed and worn along edges. Internally, marbled end-pages with previous owners bookplate to inside front board, but otherwise clean. Age-toning to various degrees and light foxing are scattered throughout. A very good copy.
