London: George Bell & Sons, 1903, 1903. THIRD EDITION. 2 vols., 8" x 5-3/4", illustrated. Bound in 1/2 tan calf, ribbed gilt decorated spines, gilt lettered tan and black morocco spine labels, top edges gilt, others uncut. Inner and outer hinges fine, head and foot of spines fine, VERY GOOD.
