Turnhout Brepols 2001. Paperback, 200 p., 18 x 26,5. ISBN 17402150200. Timothee, moine originaire du village de Kakhushta, situe au nord-est d'Antioche, vecut dans la deuxieme moitie du VIIIe siecle. Ce saint n'est mentionne ni par la 'Bibliotheca Hagiographica Orientalis' ni par les dictionnaires hagiographiques. Le texte de sa vie est donne par deux versions arabes, le Paris arabe 259 et le Saidnaya 94. Ce dernier manuscrit est inconnu de Graf et de Nasrallah. Les deux versions, presentant de notables divergences textuelles, sont publiees l'une a la suite de l'autre. Selon John C. Lamoreaux, "Taken as a whole, the Life of Timothy of Kakhushta offers a vivid glimpse of the religious life of the Syrian countryside in the early Abbassid period" (Intr. p. 10). We will choose the most cost-effective shipment option, depending on the weight: either letter post or parcel post. Prices are net prices and free of VAT (margin arrangement) and expressed in euros. Shipment and payments costs are charged to the customer. Each shipment contains a delivery slip.
