A tight and perfectly pristine reprint of this 1961 study, from the collection of lawyer and U.S. Senator Adlai E. Stevenson III (1930-2021). Frank (1918-2002) was a noted jurist and Yale law professor best known for having defended Ernesto Miranda (of "Miranda Rights" fame).
