[London : George Virtue, 1837]. A charming antique print - Loch Linnhe - cattle in the fields, a castle ruin, small sailing boats on the water. Engraved by Daniel Buckle (1812-1886) from an original study by Thomas Allom. Originally produced for the part-work series "Scotland Illustrated" (London : 1835-1838). Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 134 x 181mm (approx. 5-1/4" x 7-1/8"). A few faint marks to blank margins, but in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
