(iv), 91, (1) pp. Publisher's black lettered and decorated blue cloth, early owner's inscription to the front pastedown, colour illustrated dust jacket. Frontispiece and 7 colour plates plus a general railway map to the front endpapers. Jacket edge worn with losses to the spine ends and corners, some discolouration to the cloth, occasional foxing to varying degrees.
