Blue textured cloth hardcover, light wear to edges, light rubbing to front cover with some soiling; some spotty discoloration to spine but overall gilt and red design stampings are bright. Exceptionally well bound with tight covers. Free of markings, frontispiece with tissue guard show foxing, continuing onto the title pages; the interior has scattered light foxing on otherwise bright and clean paper. Publisher advertisements at start are rear of volume, dated March 1902. Textual line illustrations throughout the volume.
